Do you allow refunds?

If you are unable to attend the tour you booked, in the first instance we will reschedule for an alternative date for no extra charge.

If you are no longer able to attend and an alternative date is unsuitable, you must inform us at least 24 hours before your tour begins, or as soon as possible in the case of a sudden emergency.

We will then refund your ticket (minus Eventbrite’s fee). The reason we need notice in advance is so we can allow other members of the public to buy your ticket.

If you do not attend your tour and only inform us after the tour, no refund will be given, just like a regular theatre show.

Are dogs allowed on the tour?

Well behaved dogs are more than welcome on the tour, providing they do not pose a nuisance to any other guests, or their dogs!

Remember, this is a 90 minute walk on pavements, so please pick up any dog mess left behind.
